    PlayStation

    1. Go to the Settings menu on your console.
    2. Navigate to Network, then select View Connection Status.
    3. Locate the IP address in the connection status menu and note down the IP address.

    Xbox

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the Guide, then go to Settings.

    4. Change the DNS settings

    PlayStation

    1. Go to the Settings menu on your console.
