Many people are looking for the Internet Options in Chrome, but after the latest updates, you can no longer access them from Google Chrome. The Internet Options feature was associated with Internet Explorer. You can still find it as Internet Properties in Windows.

What internet options can I access in Chrome?

Accessing proxy settings from Chrome

  1. Open Chrome, click on the Menu button (three dots) and select Settings.
  2. Go to System from the left pane and click on Open your computer’s proxy settings.
  3. This will open the Windows proxy settings window.

This is the only internet setting you can open from Chrome. If you want to reach other settings related to websites, you can go to the Site Settings page under Privacy & security in Chrome.

How do I access the Internet Options?

As we mentioned in the beginning, you may still access the Internet Options or Internet Properties from Windows and they affect all browsers, including Chrome.

To do that, click the Start button, type internet properties and press Enter or click on the app from the results.

From here, you can set up all the related internet options that will apply to all browsers.
