Why have I lost all my stuff on Fortnite?

If the Epic Games services are down, the skins may not be listed for your account. This can also happen if you sign into the wrong account or have a server issue.

How do I get my skins back on Fortnite?

Before we proceed, check if Fortnite is down using Downdetector. Try logging out and make sure you’re signed with the correct account.

1. Check your locker

  1. Open the Locker.
  2. Now navigate to Sort + Filter.
     
  3. Make sure that Filter is set to All so you can see all your skins.

2. Contact Epic Games Support

  1. Go to the Epic Store site, and sign into your Epic Account.epic games login
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Click on the Fortnite icon.
  4. Click on Contact Us.
  5. Write your information and then click Submit.

If your Fortnite skins are missing from the Locker, the best solution would be to contact Epic Game support and let them know about this problem.

3. Upgrade to a full Epic Games account

  1. Go to the Epic Games website and make sure you are signed out.
  2. Now, click on Sign In.epic games login
  3. After you sign in successfully, you will be returned to the Epic Games website.
  4. Complete all the required fields and then click on Create Account.
