Survey Committee

The Survey Committee is responsible for undertaking research to help the Association develop and evaluate its performance. Each year the Survey Committee conducts feedback surveys from the Annual International seminar delegates, its Sponsor/Exhibitors and Instructors.  It also undertakes an annual Exit Survey of members who fail to renew their membership to understand while a small proportion of members don’t continue their membership, and a worldwide Member Satisfaction Survey of all members every 5 years.  In addition the Committee conducts various ad-hoc surveys and qualitative research on specific topics of interest to the Board or other Committees.
